- 7 days from delivery
You can request a return or exchange within the return window after delivery if the product is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Please record an unboxing video and contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. Items must be unused, with original packing and tags. Earrings and nose pins cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (or bank/UPI for Cash on Delivery orders).
